MY STRENGTHS:

Reflector: I always observe and learn from other people when they do something. That helps me avoid making simple mistakes and find solutions to deal with problems.

Theorist: Before starting to do something, I prefer to explore and listen to other opinions, point of views and background. Therefore, I can understand and adapt to that situation easily.

Activist: I believe that nobody can be a master when they were born so it is essential to learn and practice. I am willing to take part in and experience new things which give me a chance to approach and have different perspectives.

Secure: I want to make sure that everything is on our plan and every member in the team feels comfortable when we are working together. If a problem arises, I will minimize its effectiveness and try to solve it immediately.
